1.1. Anam Croí Ireland Tours is a registered business name in Ireland, CRO number 684739.
1.2. The customer or client refers to the person, persons, or entity who has made a confirmed booking with Anam Croí Ireland Tours.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2.1. These terms apply to all reservations made through 2024 and 2025.
2.2. A provisional booking can be held free of charge for five working days.
2.3. A minimum deposit of 10% of the booking quote is required after the five-day period to secure the booking.
2.4. If your party consists of more than 10 people, an additional 10% must be paid 90 days before departure.
2.5. All payments must be made in Euro (€).
2.6. Anam Croí Ireland Tours reserves the right to cancel provisional bookings if the deposit is not paid on time.
2.7. The full balance of payment must be made 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full.
2.8. Once the deposit is received, we will confirm the booking via email.
2.9. Bookings are only confirmed upon (a) receipt of deposit/full payment and (b) our confirmation of the booking.
2.10. By making a confirmed booking, you accept Anam Croí Ireland’s terms and conditions.
2.11. Each guest over 18 must sign a waiver of liability. For guests under 18, a legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
3.1. Clients must verify that the dates and tour type in their confirmation are correct.
3.2. Changes to bookings (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and reasonable conditions up to 30 days before departure.
3.3. The price, including any applicable discounts, will be provided before booking.
4.1. If you need to cancel your booking, the following policy applies:
4.2. Anam Croí Ireland Tours may recoup costs from third-party suppliers due to cancellations.
4.3. Cancellations take effect upon written notification.
4.4. No refunds are provided after the tour begins.
4.5. If Anam Croí cancels a tour, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
5.1. We do not provide travel insurance and strongly recommend purchasing a policy suitable for your trip.
5.2. Anam Croí Ireland Tours accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to property.
6.1. Clients must comply with local laws in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
6.2. The tour director’s decisions must be respected for the safety and enjoyment of all.
6.3. Clients are responsible for their own behavior and that of any minors accompanying them.
7.1. Clients must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
7.2. Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
8.1. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or changes in government regulations.
8.2. If force majeure affects our services, we may modify or cancel parts of the tour.
9.1. Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.
9.2. We are not responsible for accommodation, travel, or other arrangements outside the agreed booking.
9.3. Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes.
9.4. Pets or support animals are not permitted on our tours.
9.5. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the tour.
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and jurisdiction.
10.2. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
10.3. Clients assume all legal costs if they bring an unsuccessful claim against Anam Croí Ireland Tours.
10.4. Our liability is limited to the return of the paid tour cost. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
